William Fichtner has successfully portrayed the character of Alexander Mahone in the popular American television series named Prison Break. This series is a story of two brothers. The first brother was sentenced to death for the crime he did not commit. The second brother was a genius and he makes a plan to help his elder brother escape from the prison. Alexander Mahone is introduced in the second season of this series. Alexander Mahone is working as special agent in the FBI i.e. Federal Bureau of Investigation and has specialization in conducting manhunts for entrapping the prisoners who escaped from the prison in last 14 years. Talking about the background of the Alexander Mahone, he was born in a family having disturbed atmosphere. He faced abuses in his early days and got beaten up by his father on several occasions. Alexander Mahone joins the military later on and becomes an FBI agent.
There were many occasions when his deeds were questioned and his files got classified. Alexander Mahone gets married to Pamela and had a son named Cameron. The married life of Alexander Mahone goes well for 15 years after which he calls off the marriage without giving any reason to his family. Before getting separated from his wife and family, Alexander Mahone struggles hard to capture a murderer named Oscar Shales. Later on it’s revealed that Alexander Mahone assassinated Oscar Shales and buried his body into the backyard of his house. That was the reason for why he got separated from his wife and asked her to leave the house because he feared that his wife can discover this secret someday and can create trouble for him. Alexander Mahone started visualizing shales and for curing that he had to take strong medications. In the second season of the series he gets captured in panama. He spends most of his time to take revenge from the assassin who was hired to kill his son in season four.
